📋 Description Lead, mentor and grow a team of software engineers. Drive the technical direction of frontend platforms and web experiences. Stay close to the code, contributing to architecture, technical design and key engineering Build scalable, performant and maintainable solutions for high-volume user-facing products. Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Improve engineering efficiency through technical standards, tooling and automation. 🎯 Requirements Strong experience in Frontend Engineering and modern web technologies. Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, Angular Previous experience as an Engineering Lead, Tech Lead, Lead Frontend Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance and scalability. Comfortable remaining hands-on and making technical and architectural decisions.
