This position involves supporting the implementation, operationalization, and continuous improvement of a management program. The role is hybrid and contract-based, requiring collaboration with various technical teams to ensure compliance and reduce technology risk. Key Responsibilities Analyze technical issues, develop solutions, and support IT systems. Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of a configuration management program. Monitor compliance and identify unauthorized or high-risk deviations. Coordinate remediation activities with technology and application owners. Maintain records and ensure data accuracy within management tools. Qualifications Experience in configuration management, vulnerability management, IT operations, cybersecurity, or risk management. Familiarity with compliance tools, management platforms, and enterprise infrastructure technologies. Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage remediation activities to completion.
