End User Technologies Specialist

We are looking for an End User Technologies (EUT) Specialist to oversee computer equipment, deliver end-user IT support, and manage our office ICT infrastructure, local networks, and video conferencing systems for our customer from banking industry.
Requirements:
Secondary technical education (or higher). Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an IT department. English at a B2 level (or higher). Strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office / M365, Azure, Intune, and remote support tools Deep understanding of domain environments, operating systems, hardware, and software diagnostics. Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, LAN support, and network security concepts. Hands-on experience with video conferencing systems (e.g., Cisco, Poly). Excellent time management, task prioritization, and strong problem-solving abilities. Nice to Have (Preferred): Experience providing mentoring and technical support to team members. Active involvement in system implementation projects. Exposure to ITSM process optimization.

Daily tasks: - User Support: Provide technical support to end users and assist other support teams.
– Hardware & Software Maintenance: Perform installations, updates, configurations, and technical diagnostics for hardware and software.
– Network & Server Room Operations: Support and maintain office LAN networks and server room infrastructure while monitoring ICT systems.
– Process Improvement & Projects: Implement solutions to improve user productivity, optimize company IT processes, and actively participate in or lead IT projects.
– Asset & Vendor Management: Manage hardware inventory, maintain physical IT asset records (including regular audits), and liaise with external vendors and service providers.
– Documentation & Reporting: Prepare required IT documentation, reports, and summaries within designated operational areas.
