Company Overview Meridian Softworks Job Summary You will manage and deliver end-user computing and deskside support at the client location, ensuring smooth hardware, software, and device operations while coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently. Responsibilities Provide end-user and deskside support to resolve hardware and software issues promptly Administer and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems to maintain system stability Support Microsoft O365 applications to ensure user productivity Manage IT support activities onsite to maintain seamless client operations Deliver VIP and concierge user support to ensure high customer satisfaction Troubleshoot and maintain conference room devices, projectors, and meeting room facilities for effective meetings Coordinate with Network and Data Center teams to resolve complex technical issues Record and track incidents and service requests accurately in the ITSM tool Manage device provisioning, replacement, and Device as a Service (DaaS) lifecycle to optimize hardware availability Install and troubleshoot SCCM clients to support system management Utilize Active Directory for user and device management Apply basic networking knowledge to assist in issue diagnosis and resolution
