About Our Client: Our client is an email & SMS marketing agency helping DTC brands scale profitably. They've already generated over $5M for their partners and are on track to double that this year. They're lean, fast-moving, and obsessed with delivering top-tier results for the brands they work with. They partner with eCommerce brands, including premium and luxury-focused companies, helping them grow through high-performing email marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies. About the role: We are looking for an A-level Email Designer who brings creativity, attention to detail, and strong execution skills every day. You'll work closely with Account Managers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to create high-quality email campaigns for multiple eCommerce brands. This role is ideal for someone who understands the DTC space, has experience designing emails for premium/luxury brands, and knows how to create visually compelling campaigns that drive conversions. You'll be responsible for turning marketing strategies into polished, on-brand email experiences while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Responsibilities: Design high-performing email campaigns and flows for 6-10 eCommerce clients (mostly 7-8 figure brands) Create visually engaging email designs inside Klaviyo and other email marketing platforms Translate creative briefs, brand guidelines, and marketing strategies into conversion-focused designs Collaborate with Account Managers, copywriters, and other team members to deliver campaigns on time Maintain consistency across brand visuals, layouts, typography, and customer experience Create designs for promotional campaigns, newsletters, automations, and retention-focused flows Review performance insights and use data to improve future creative decisions Handle design revisions and feedback efficiently (typically 1-3 rounds per campaign) Manage workload across multiple brands while maintaining quality and deadlines Qualifications: 2+ years of experience designing emails for eCommerce brands Strong portfolio showcasing email marketing design work Experience working with Klaviyo (required) Understanding of email marketing principles and conversion-focused design Experience designing for DTC, premium, or luxury brands is highly preferred Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Ability to create clean, modern, and visually compelling designs Clear communicator who works well in a remote team environment Offer Details: Fully remote position Location: LATAM Working hours: Must be available 9 AM - 5 PM EST Contract type: Contractor Agreement Salary: $2,200 - $2,700 USD/month Hiring Steps: Initial Zabota Screening Client Interview Practical Task or Second Stage Interview Offer Originally posted on Himalayas
