The Company Multinational corporation provides critical digital infrastructure across Europe and APAC. The Role Program director is induvial contributor role • Develop and maintain a comprehensive transition strategy and integrated programme plan, covering scope, workstreams, milestones, resources, dependencies, acceptance criteria and contingency arrangements. • Translate contractual requirements into clear operational deliverables, including exit obligations, service continuity, knowledge transfer and the transfer of data, assets and responsibilities. • Establish governance, reporting and decision-making forums, providing clear updates on progress, financial performance, risks, issues and key decisions. • Manage the transition budget, forecasts and commercial exposure, ensuring costs, recoveries and liabilities are clearly understood and controlled. • Lead commercial discussions on scope, change requests, contractual obligations and transition support, working closely with Legal, Finance and Commercial teams. • Coordinate delivery across operational, technology and corporate functions, holding workstream leaders accountable for agreed outcomes. • Maintain effective risk, issue, dependency and action management, escalating concerns promptly and driving timely resolution. • Ensure all transition activities comply with relevant contractual, regulatory, privacy, security and records-management requirements. • Manage senior client and partner relationships, supporting constructive engagement while protecting the organisation’s contractual and commercial interests. • Secure formal completion and sign-off, including handover, supporting documentation, residual obligations, lessons learned and financial and contractual closure. Your Profile • Former Transition Director, Programme Director or Transformation Director • Experience in BPO, outsourcing, managed services, government services, technology or large contract transitions • Strong commercial and contractual experience • Comfortable operating without direct reports • Able to influence Legal, Finance, Operations, People and Technology functions • Credible in front of customer executives and Boards Preferred skills and experience • Experience delivering a formal transition-out or exit-management program for a major government or enterprise customer. • Experience with technology separation, service migration, data transfer, supplier exit or operational handover. • Relevant program or project management qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent. • Experience working across regional and global teams in a matrixed organisation Apply Today Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number EM13520267, by clicking the apply button.
