EL1 Digital Test Lead

Experience leading digital testing activities for complex programs and creating Test Summary reports.2. Agile testing experience with team member accountability to commitment and delivery each sprint.3. Extensive experience using test management tools including WAVE, JAWS, Zoom Text, Jira Xray and CRM, specifically Salesforce.4. Analytical skills and problem-solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously.5. Strong team-work skills across business, vendors and geographically dispersed virtual teams.6. Demonstrated understanding of Accessibility & WCAG 2.1 guidelines and what this means for the User Experience (UX). Desirable criteria 1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).2. Demonstrated experience working for large organisations on complex software deployments.3. Other relevant experience in a related technical field (application development, Database, development, deployment/implementation and infrastructure).4.
