Description

The Accounts & Payments domain is undergoing a major transformation from a business and market as well as from an architectural perspective. As an experienced Test Manager, you will be a vital part of our community driving the Test & Quality agenda in the domain. You will be part of Test, Release and Platform team which is a team in Shared Service department that supports the Accounts & Payments domain with test strategy, test automation and test coordination and release management, DevSecOps strategy and coordination.
As our Test Manager you will coordinate end-to-end tests including external tests and Performance testing using appropriate testing methodologies and tools including risk, issue and defect management all to ensure quality outcomes are delivered.  You will also support the feature teams in planning the tests, gathering test data and promote the test strategy including test automation.
As a Test Manager you will be responsible for:
· Coordination of end-to-end tests, integration tests, external tests and non-functional tests
· Creation of documents such as test plan, test scenarios, test cases and status reports
· Support development teams with way of working in the different test phases
Continuously seek for synergies with other Test Managers and also with the Test Management team in driving excellence, adhering to established processes and introducing improvements and new solutions into testing service
Who we are looking for:
· You have strong leadership skills, are a great communicator, and you communicate fluently in English
· You are collaborative with excellent coordination skills and ready to do hands-on work where needed
· You have at least 5 years’ experience as a test lead with proven track record of different areas of testing, including functional and non-functional testing (security, performance and recovery testing)
· Good understanding of agile software development methodologies
· A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/science or similar is a benefit but not a necessity. Equally important as any formal training or education is that you have a passion for testing and the quality aspects of software development with a strong interest in keeping you updated on the relevant trends in the industry and technology.
· Experience of leading and coordinating end-to-end tests in large complex environments preferably from bank or large payment systems
· Preferably experience to work hands-on, with good command of tools and automation frameworks used in software testing
· Strong understanding and experience in System Architecture in the payment domain
· Advanced experience using Jira Xray testing tool
· Preferably knowledge in managing tests within reporting and notifications area
· Naturally taking lead reviewing the requirements, create and communicate the test scope and find the relevant test data to be used
