Dynamics 365 Project Manager (F&SCM)

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience delivering end to end Dynamics 365 ERP projects (with focus on F&SCM) to lead and manage the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of D365 F&SCM projects, from initiation through to closureCoordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and architectsDefine and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverablesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted delivery advisorEnsure alignment between business goals and technical solutionsManage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation plansReport project status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and predictabilitySupport presales activities including project estimation, scoping, and proposal preparation if neededFoster a culture of continuous improvement across the delivery processRequirements:4+ years of project management or delivery management experience within D365 F&SCM or ERP implementationsStrong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Operations processes within D365Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale IT projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologiesExceptional client management and communication skillsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage remote, cross-functional and multi-national teamsFluency in English (spoken and written);Nice to have:PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification or Microsoft D365 certifications are an advantageFluency German and/or ArabicReadiness for occasional business travel is a plusWe offer:Projects for such clients as PayPal, Wargaming, Xerox, Philips, Adidas and ToyotaCompetitive compensation that depends on your qualification and skillsCareer development system with clear skill qualificationsFlexible working hours aligned to your scheduleOptions to work remotely
