Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant to join projects focused on the implementation and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. The person in this role will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, analyzing business processes, translating business requirements into functional solutions, and collaborating with key stakeholders and technical teams.📍 100% remote💰 Rate: 220–250 PLN/h net (B2B)📅 Long-term cooperationRequirementsExperience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).Practical knowledge of business processes related to finance and/or operations.Experience managing end-to-end projects – from requirements analysis through go-live and solution stabilization.Ability to conduct business process analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.Practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O configuration and customization.Experience working with modules such as General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, and Reporting.Knowledge of system integrations and data migration.Ability to collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and extension development.Experience working with cloud-based / enterprise solutions.Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.Good understanding of implementation processes, UAT testing, and preparing users to work with the solution.Nice to haveKnowledge of the Asset Management module.Knowledge of Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.Experience in technology-driven or rapidly developing industries, such as eMobility, energy, or infrastructure.Experience with business process transformation projects.Experience conducting training sessions and workshops for business users.Responsibilities:Managing Dynamics 365 F&O projects end-to-end – from requirements gathering through go-live and solution stabilization.Analyzing business processes and conducting workshops with stakeholders from finance, operations, sales, and other business areas.Translating business requirements into functional requirements and solution designs.Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O modules.Collaborating with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and extension development.Advising business stakeholders on ERP and Dynamics 365 best practices.Supporting the testing process, including UAT, and coordinating user training.Preparing and maintaining functional documentation, specifications, and test plans.Supporting users after go-live and identifying opportunities for further solution development.Analyzing issues and proposing process improvements and system solutions.What we offer:Rate of up to 250 PLN/h net on B2B.100% remote work.Convenient payment arrangements.A short 14-day invoice payment term.Comprehensive private healthcare package.Access to the MyBenefit cafeteria platform, including MultiSport cards and gift cards for popular stores and services.
