We're looking for a Dynamics 365 Consultant to join a long-term project for an end client. Depending on your experience, you'll focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or work across both Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations, helping optimize business processes and configure business-critical solutions. This is a full-time, fully remote engagement with a long-term perspective and the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale business processes in an international environment. We're open to professionals with different levels of seniority. Whether your expertise is focused on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or extends to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, we'd love to learn more about your experience. Requirements:
What we’re looking for: Commercial experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement We're open to different seniority levels – what matters most is your hands-on experience and fit for the project Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service modules Experience in end-to-end business process analysis Experience documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN or similar methodologies Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE applications Experience translating business requirements into system solutions Fluent German (must-have) Availability to start ASAP. It would be great if you also have: Good command of English Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory or Asset Management Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Must have: Dynamics 365, Business analysis, Business process management, ERP, Business requirements gathering, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Nice to have: BPMN, Procurement, Asset management, AS-IS / TO-BE Process Modeling
Daily tasks: - Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes
– Gather and translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 solutions
– Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications
– Customize forms, Business Rules, Workflows, Business Process Flows and security roles
– Support implementation and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 solutions
– Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
– If applicable to your profile, support integrations between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations
– Contribute to business process areas such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory or Asset Management where relevant.
