Job Description 3+ years of experience in development, test, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and SQL Server. Analyze functional and technical requirements and implement high-quality software solutions. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise applications and databases. Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate functional and non-functional requirements. Perform unit, integration, system, regression, and UAT support testing to ensure software quality. Identify, log, track, and resolve software defects using defect management tools. Experience using GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI-powered coding assistant to accelerate software development and improve code quality. Provide Level 3 (L3) application support, including production incident analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), defect resolution, performance tuning, hotfix implementation, and post-production validation within agreed SLAs. Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams, Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and customer stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of production issues. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, release deployments, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Contribute to test automation using Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman, or equivalent automation frameworks. Ensure compliance with secure coding practices and quality standards Qualifications 3 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications using: ASP.NET .NET Core / .NET Framework SQL Server Azure Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations. Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
