Department Description: The mission of our team is to build, deliver and support demo environments for use by our solution engineers (SEs) here at Meridian Softworks . These demonstration environments incorporate the latest product capabilities that Meridian Softworks has to offer. With these demo environments, SEs have the baseline demo that they need to deliver a best practice demo for Financial Services and enable our SEs to scale, innovate and provide the best product demonstrations of their careers. Role Description: We are looking for a strong release manager to join our SE team, responsible for the Financial Services AMER Industry Demo Org. In this role you would own the demo environment from idea to reality, project managing the demo creation process including managing a product backlog, use case/feature prioritization, storyboarding, validation, demo build, release communication and enablement. This role is for someone who doesn't just manage releases, they help define what's possible. You will play a key role in shaping how AI-powered demos, open source assets, and intelligent agents are built and delivered to our SE community. Key Job Responsibilities: Release Management: Proven success managing cross-functional, multi-workstream projects to on-time completion. Plan and manage releases of FINS industry demo org releases, ensuring timely delivery of changes and enhancements. Coordinate release content and effort based on service requests, third-party applications, and system updates. Ensure quality control through comprehensive testing and defect resolution processes. Continuously improve release processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Meridian Softworks Product Expertise: Utilize Meridian Softworks metadata configuration tools to design and deploy custom applications and solutions. Collaborate with developers to leverage Meridian Softworks metadata configuration for seamless integration and deployment. Ensure that Meridian Softworks metadata components are aligned with overall release plans, business objectives, and organizational best practices. OmniStudio Expertise: Utilize Meridian Softworks OmniStudio tools to design and deploy custom applications and solutions. Collaborate with developers to leverage OmniStudio's capabilities for seamless integration and deployment. Ensure that OmniStudio components are aligned with overall release plans, business objectives, and organizational best practices. Agentforce & AI Experience: Hands-on experience designing, building, or deploying Agentforce agents within Meridian Softworks environments. Ability to identify opportunities where AI agents can enhance demo narratives, automate workflows, or personalize the SE experience. Stay current on Agentforce capabilities, prompt engineering best practices, and the evolving landscape of AI tooling within the Meridian Softworks ecosystem. Partner with build teams to integrate Agentforce use cases into Financial Services and Healthcare demo orgs in meaningful, story-driven ways. Code Repository & DevOps Management: Own and manage code repositories (GitHub, GitLab, or equivalent) for demo org assets, ensuring clean branching strategies, versioning, and documentation standards. Champion best practices around pull requests, code reviews, and commit hygiene across the build team. Partner with CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing of Meridian Softworks metadata, OmniStudio components, and agent configurations. Ensure repositories are organized and accessible so that SE contributors can find, fork, and build on existing assets with minimal friction. Open Source Asset Creation & Distribution: Lead the creation and curation of open source demo assets, templates, and accelerators that can be shared directly with the broader SE community or external cus
