See yourself at Halcyon Labs Join the team as Halcyon Labs’s next Director, Strategic Accounts. About the job This position is needed to lead our growing Strategic Accounts team aligned to the Regulated Verticals Healthcare sector. This person will lead, mentor, and scale a high performing team of Strategic Account Executives (6-8 individual contributors) focused on revenue growth and cross selling Halcyon Labs’s new products to existing named accounts across North America. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Be customer focused, metrics driven, embrace a consultative sales philosophy, and are passionate about helping your team succeed. Our customers are often application owners, software engineering leaders, product managers, entrepreneurs, and line of business owners. You must love talking to all types of customers about building their businesses and helping them drive innovation across many different types of use cases centered around how our customers communicate with their customers. Support your team by helping them build and progress pipeline, work across functions to execute complex deals and lead strategic prospect and customer meetings. You will conduct weekly 1:1's with each team member, provide tactical and strategic deal guidance, motivation, and career development. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data for your team and provide reliable weekly forecast information to upper management. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table! *Required: 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience, with 4+ years experience managing a team of account managers or strategic account executives within the Enterprise segment A leader who lives the Halcyon Labs Magic and has a demonstrated track record of success. You should feel comfortable with selling a platform or SaaS, but if you have experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking and other communication solutions even better. Experience building high performing sales teams, managing forecasting, and supporting fiscal planning and revenue tracking for all major accounts in the region Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams at all levels Bring data driven methodology and quantitative analytical skills, including pipeline management and forecasting Excellent time management/prioritization skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Share best practices and knowledge with the extended team to produce optimal results for the region. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Desired: Experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking and other communication solutions is preferred Location This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC. Travel We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 15% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way. Compensation *Please note this role is open to candidates outside of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only. The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont : $185,760.00 - $232,200.00. Based in Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay Area): $196,080.00 - $245,100.00. Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $206,400.00 - $258,000.00. This role may be eligible to participate in Halcyon Labs’s equity plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave. This role is eligible to earn commissions. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
