Director, Software Engineering, Salesforce CRM

Salary: $155000 - 205000 per year Requirements: We bring 12–15 years of software engineering experience, including at least 8 years leading large, distributed Salesforce engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale solutions We have a strong record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions end to end with consistent, high-quality results We are proficient in Agile delivery methods, especially Scrum, and product-led operating models We can balance new feature development with platform reliability and technical debt reduction We have deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CRM Analytics, integrations, and APIs We understand Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and scalability at an advanced level We provide hands-on leadership in solution design, integration approaches, and alignment with enterprise architecture We are familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern Salesforce engineering standards We partner effectively with Product teams to shape roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver measurable business outcomes We can translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions and engineering plans We influence across functions and align Product, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders We have a track record of defining and advancing platform strategy, modernization, and scalability initiatives We actively contribute to architectural reviews, design workshops, and solution governance We have experience leading high-performing engineering organizations across Salesforce, API, and Data skill sets We focus on talent growth, coaching, and succession planning We have experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling engineering teams We foster engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Responsibilities: We lead the delivery, execution, and ongoing evolution of our Salesforce platform for Wealth and Brokerage We own end-to-end engineering delivery across Salesforce solutions with predictability, quality, and accountability We guide high-performing teams to build resilient, scalable Salesforce capabilities We work closely with Product, Architecture, and Functional leaders to align priorities and execution We collaborate with peer engineering leaders on shared platforms, integration strategies, enterprise standards, and cross-domain architecture decisions We drive disciplined delivery practices, clear metrics, and strong engineering processes We translate business priorities into executable technical roadmaps and ensure feasible sequencing We evaluate trade-offs across scope, performance, scalability, and time to market We build a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement We develop emerging engineering leaders and strengthen organizational capability Technologies: API CI/CD Cloud CRM DevOps Support Salesforce Security More: We are offering a high-impact leadership opportunity within our Wealth and Brokerage Salesforce Platform team.
