📋 Description Own the end-to-end planning process that turns strategic priorities into a resourced, sequenced Facilitate tradeoff and prioritization discussions among product leaders, surfacing conflicts and Keep the roadmap current and credible as priorities shift, and make sure changes are communicated Build and manage the product org's operating rhythm — planning cycles, launch readiness reviews Own the tooling and systems (e.g., Jira, Linear, Notion) that keep planning artifacts organized and Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and process gaps before they slow down execution 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in product operations, technical program management, chief-of-staff, or a similar Strong track record running planning/prioritization processes across multiple teams or product lines Comfortable working with data and metrics, even if you do not build the underlying pipelines.
