Director, Product Management - Brokerage

📋 Description Serve as the primary product interface between Payward's affiliates and Brightpath Technologies's brokerage. Own a multi-quarter brokerage product roadmap balancing new capabilities with modernization. Lead products from early concepts to launched, compliant capabilities in evolving regulations. Make data-informed tradeoff decisions and align stakeholders across two organizations. Represent expertise on the US futures regulated space, including FCM operations and client reporting. Partner with Compliance and Legal to translate regulatory guidance into product direction. 🎯 Requirements Deep expertise in US futures regulated space, including FCM ops, clearing, settlement, and margin. Proven ability to take products from 0 to 1 in regulated financial services, including evolving regulatory guidance. Technical fluency to reason about APIs, platform capabilities, and integration with engineering teams. Strong track record owning complex multi-system roadmaps with cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent communication and influence across all levels, from contributors to executives.
