📋 Description Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap. Lead and grow a team of product managers; foster collaboration. Align product initiatives with market needs and company goals. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales for delivery. Drive Agile practices and product management maturity. Present roadmap to leadership and secure buy-in. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, CS, or related field. 7+ years of product management experience, fintech/payments preferred. 5+ years in leadership, managing high-performing product teams.
