Director, Product Design

📋 Description Lead and develop a design team across multiple product pods, including hiring and growth. Partner with the VP of Design on strategy and scaling the design org. Create conditions for designers to do their best work; align stakeholders and dependencies. Set and maintain craft across the platform: interactions, visuals, and design systems. Define how product design operates with AI tools and AI-driven experiences. Act as strategic design partner to senior Product and Engineering leaders. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in product design with 3–5 years of people management. Portfolio showing leadership across complex, multi-surface products with impact. Proven ability to develop designers and build team culture. Deep craft across interaction, visual design, and design systems. Experience partnering with Product and Engineering leadership.
