Director of Product Ownership

Salary: $121,000 - 161,000 per year Requirements: We need deep knowledge of insurance claims departments, processes, systems, and the technology and data solution providers that support them. We need the ability to understand and optimize interconnected systems within the Verisk ecosystem. Responsibilities: We partner with external stakeholders to define the outcomes of co-developed products, including go-to-market plans and business objectives. We develop an externalization strategy for ClaimSearch that expands our external platform presence and capabilities. We define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. We continually assess and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends and customer needs. We collaborate across functions to ensure product development meets customer expectations and business objectives. We analyze dependencies across the product ecosystem and their effect on the overall user experience. We identify and reduce risks and bottlenecks in the product development and delivery process. We ensure the product integrates smoothly with other systems and services to deliver a cohesive experience. We define KPIs that align with product goals and customer success measures. We foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within our product team. We keep the product backlog clearly defined, prioritized, and informed by customer needs and feedback.
