Travel ~15% annually for team collaboration, customer research, and partner visits. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years PM experience; 4+ years leading a multi-layer PM org. Proven strategy for large catalog e-commerce (catalog, search, navigation). Integrated roadmaps across teams; cross-domain dependencies. Develop PM talent: hiring, coaching, growth; strong leadership. Cross-functional leadership with Eng, Design, Ops, and Commercial. Analytical, data-driven; customer insights; executive communication.
