📋 Description Own internal AI strategy and operating model; decide investments and retirements. Set product direction for internal knowledge layer and reusable skills/agents/workflows. Own standards, governance, and trust with security, legal, and AI Governance Committee. Own metrics showing AI adoption, reuse, and impact; reset priorities. Set adoption strategy and scale company-wide via L&D, ambassadors, and leaders. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years of experience owning a strategic program or internal function. Proven track record setting strategy and operating a company-wide capability over time. High fluency with modern AI tools and impact on internal operating models. Experience collaborating across departments with governance, security, or legal. Familiarity with AI assistants and internal knowledge/search platforms.
