Own end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap; manage risk, quality, and security. Set technical direction and defend architecture for high-assurance environments. Build and lead a distributed, high-performance team across Romania and Hungary. Product launched via an AI-powered SDLC; end-to-end responsibility. 8+ years software engineering; 3+ years leading teams. Distributed-team leadership across countries/time zones.
