📋 Description Lead and grow a geographically aligned engineering org; own regional P&L. Set the standard for AI-forward engineering and ensure delivery. Develop technical talent and the next layer of engineering leaders. Partner with sales, verticals, and practice leaders to align capacity with demand. Drive adoption of AI-forward tools and AI-assisted delivery. Lead design and delivery of AI/ML systems from architecture to production. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years engineering, with 3+ years in manager/director roles. Strong people leadership, coaching, and talent development. Working understanding of modern software development, cloud, and AI practices. AI/agentic development skills; teach and set standards (Claude, Cursor). Experience managing distributed/geographically dispersed teams. Fluency with engineering metrics and data-driven delivery management.
