About the role
📋 Description Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT/engineering team building Lead requirements-gathering across multiple business units, reconciling differing data definitions Partner with IT to evaluate data models, schema design, and migration plans from a business-fit Build reporting and dashboards (Power BI) to support stakeholder needs during and after the Report progress, risks, and key decisions to the leadership/stakeholders 🎯 Requirements 8-10+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or data management, ideally including exposure to Bachelor's degree required (field open if experience is a strong fit) Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI (required) Experience with Databricks, Azure, API integrations, and/or Python (a strong plus) Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives 🎁 Benefits Expected base salary of $160,000-$180,000 Base salary plus annual bonus 25% Rent Discount available Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options available. HSA with company sponsored Short and long-term disability paid by the company 401(K) plus 6% company contributions
