To support their expanding strategic initiatives, they are seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee end-to-end program delivery and execution. about the job: In this leadership role, you will take full ownership of driving strategic enterprise initiatives from inception through to delivery, ensuring seamless alignment between technology and core business objectives. Key Responsibilities Include: Directing large-scale program portfolios, cross-functional execution teams, and external partner delivery. Championing robust delivery frameworks, PMO governance, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure quality outcomes on schedule and within budget. Partnering closely with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and leadership teams to ensure transparent communications and strategic alignment. Managing end-to-end vendor lifecycles, including partner evaluation, contract negotiation, and overall performance accountability. Mentoring internal program and project delivery teams to elevate organizational delivery capabilities, change readiness, and continuous improvement. skills and experience required: Experience in managing large-scale, complex technology portfolios and multi-stream delivery. Experience across modern delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) alongside sound financial, budget, and resource planning expertise. Executive-level stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and vendor management capabilities. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are an added advantage.
