Director, Global Program Manager - Immunology

📋 Description Facilitates and drives cross-functional team effectiveness across the Asset Strategy Team by Proactively identify, communicate, and manage asset and disease level risks and subsequent Acts as the “COO” for the asset. Serves as the strategic thought partner to the ASL and Asset Serves as the strategic enabler of the Asset Team (AST), continuously driving value by optimizing Coaches and mentors Deliverable Team PM (DTPMs) and Project Planners to high performing project 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a relevant scientific, business, or technical field 4-6+ years of experience in a variety of roles and associated teams in the pharmaceutical/biotech Minimum of 3 years supporting cross-functional teams in a core function (Program Management Demonstrated growth in strategic thinking, leadership, and strategic communication, with the Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different Demonstrated knowledge of program management practices in the pharmaceutical industry 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick) This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs.
