📋 Description Serve as the technical authority for development-phase engineering of data center on-site power Evaluate technical feasibility and risk for proposed customer solutions and Generate investments Establish Large Load development and design standards that enable repeatable execution at scale Lead early-stage technical diligence in partnership with development, commercial, and investment Oversee engineering interfaces with owner's engineers, EPCs, utilities, and technology providers Support project delivery teams from Notice to Proceed through commercial operation 🎯 Requirements 12+ years of experience engineering power generation projects, including engines, turbines, fuel Experience designing and delivering utility-scale or large-load power projects Strong familiarity with EPC and design-build delivery models, including owner-furnished equipment Proven ability to balance innovation with standardization and execution discipline Comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment with commercial, development, and Clear communicator able to translate technical complexity into actionable business insight 🎁 Benefits Health care benefits Retirement benefits Paid days off including sick leave, parental leave, paid time off or vacation Discretionary bonus
