📋 Description Lead MMM deployments end-to-end for clients, from scoping to insights. Develop modelling projects beyond MMM, solving client problems. Translate complex model outputs into actionable client insights. Drive AI adoption across the team, including Claude integration. Own senior client relationships; present findings to CMOs/VPs. Build and lead the data science team, setting standards. 🎯 Requirements Extensive MMM experience; Meridian, Robyn, or PyMC. Fluent in Python; strong GCP background; Bayesian statistics. Able to translate model outputs into actionable client narratives. Proven leadership of data science teams; mentorship and standards. Commercially astute; connect analytics to business outcomes. AI-forward mindset; integrate tools like Claude into workflows.
