📋 Description Lead with storytelling by translating complex analytics, media performance, and measurement Shape client strategy by developing analytics approaches aligned with acquisition, retention Drive measurement excellence by applying and advocating for rigorous methodologies, including test- Scale analytics best practices by identifying insights across clients, campaigns, and industry Lead and develop a team of analysts through coaching, onboarding, workload prioritization Lead strategic analytics initiatives as a subject matter expert, helping define solutions, align 🎯 Requirements Bring 10+ years of professional experience in analytics, marketing measurement, data science, media Demonstrate a strong ability to transform complex analytical findings into compelling stories and Have substantial client-facing experience with excellent presentation, communication, and Bring at least 3 years of analytics leadership experience, ideally including direct people Demonstrate subject matter expertise in one or more analytics, measurement, media, or industry Have working familiarity with Python, SQL, Tableau, or comparable analytical and visualization 🎁 Benefits Annual compensation of $170,000–$190,000, depending on location and experience.
