Digital Product Owner

Salary: $122000 - 161000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. We are looking for experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Program Lead, or in a comparable position supporting digital, data, analytics, or AI initiatives. We value experience building business cases and driving operational improvement efforts. We need a track record of partnering with technical teams to deliver solutions from concept through implementation. We seek strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational abilities. We expect an understanding of data-driven decision-making and performance improvement through analytics. We require the ability to convert business needs into requirements, workflows, test scenarios, and delivery priorities. Responsibilities: We partner with business and technical stakeholders to uncover opportunities across AI, analytics, reporting, and data programs. We define requirements and help shape delivery plans for organization-wide initiatives. We oversee solution execution from concept through implementation. We work to ensure the solutions we deliver create measurable business value. We collaborate across teams to translate needs into actionable workflows, test scenarios, and priorities.
