DevOps Specialist

ResponsibilitiesParticipate in infrastructure and environment architecture planningDesign, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processesBuild and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based environmentsOptimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and operational efficiencyTroubleshoot production infrastructure, networking, and application delivery issuesSupport and maintain existing environmentsImplement infrastructure security best practices, secrets management, and access controlCollaborate closely with development teams on infrastructure-related topicsParticipate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvementsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend new technologies and practicesRequirements3+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer or Infrastructure EngineerStrong hands-on experience with Docker and KubernetesSolid experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOpsGood knowledge of YAML pipelines, reusable templates, approval gates, and Azure Repos governanceExperience managing Linux and Windows build agents and Azure Artifacts feedsPractical experience with Terraform and/or AnsibleStrong scripting skills with Bash and Python or PowerShellExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, OpenSearch, or ElasticsearchStrong understanding of infrastructure and application security principlesExperience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management solutionsExperience managing TLS certificates and secure infrastructure configurationsUnderstanding of least privilege, network segmentation, and isolated environmentsExperience troubleshooting production systems and participating in incident responseUpper-Intermediate English levelWill be a plus:AWS experience with EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and VPCExperience with AI infrastructure or LLM-powered servicesKnowledge of Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic APIsExperience monitoring and supporting AI workloads in productionExperience integrating AI-related automation into CI/CD pipelinesPractical use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude CodeKnowledge of AI-related data protection and audit logging practicesPersonal profileProactive and ownership-driven mindsetStrong communication and collaboration skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentAttention to detail and commitment to infrastructure reliabilityEagerness to learn and explore new technologies
