DevOps Release Management Engineer

Salary: $115,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements: Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory. Bachelors degree in a relevant field is essential. Availability for on-site work in San Antonio, TX up to five days per week. A minimum of 5 years in DevOps, software development, or system administration experience. At least 3 years managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). 3 years of experience in developing and automating CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). 3 years collaborating effectively with development, QA, and operational teams. 3 years implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. 3 years of troubleshooting in development, testing, and production settings. Demonstrated experience with release management and deployment processes. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain DevSecOps pipelines for cloud-based mission systems. Automate build, testing, release, and deployment processes across various environments. Ensure system reliability, scalability, performance, and availability standards. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for environment setup and configuration. Assist in software release management, version control, and change management tasks. Troubleshoot issues in development, testing, and production environments. Collaborate with developers, QA, cybersecurity, and operations teams to enhance delivery efficiency. Ensure that solutions adhere to DoD cybersecurity, RMF, and secure configuration standards. Support documentation, integration, testing, and accreditation activities. Participate in Agile program increment (PI) planning and occasional travel for related activities.
