DevOps Engineer (French Speaker) | BPCE-SI

Job Description Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a DevOps Engineer (French Speaker) to join its BPCE SI (Solutions Informatiques) team to work in a hybrid work model at the Porto office. Key Responsibilities CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, build, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines, with a strong focus on Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Architect, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Cloud Architecture: Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability, security, and cost-efficiency. Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy and manage microservices using Docker and Kubernetes. Monitoring & Logging: Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog) to proactively identify and resolve performance issues. Work closely with software development and QA teams to streamline the release cycle and foster a strong DevOps culture. Participate in technical discussions, document systems, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders in both French and English . Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or SysOps. Jenkins Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience configuring, scaling, and maintaining Jenkins (including Jenkins pipelines, shared libraries, and plug-in management). Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory (B2 Level). You will be communicating with French-speaking stakeholders and writing documentation in English. Cloud Platforms: Solid experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet. Containers: Strong proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-hosted). Scripting: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or Go). Version Control: Advanced knowledge of Git and Git workflows (GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket). Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with other CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD). Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator - CKA, Jenkins Certified Engineer). Knowledge of database administration (SQL and NoSQL). Understanding of cybersecurity best practices in a cloud environment (DevSecOps).
