🎯 Your Mission We’re transforming the way our travel tech platform delivers value. As a DevOps Engineer , you’ll be embedded in domain squads, working alongside Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers to enable fast, reliable, and secure delivery . You won’t just maintain infrastructure—you’ll drive automation, observability, and scalable platform solutions that empower teams to deliver business impact. You’ll proactively identify friction, improve delivery pipelines, and help evolve a platform engineering culture that emphasizes ownership, reliability, and developer experience. Your key responsibilities will include : Ensure services are highly available, performant, and secure, even under peak traffic Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code Deploy, operate, and scale containerized workloads (Kubernetes or similar) Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to provide teams with actionable insights Collaborate with domain teams to reduce delivery friction and enable self-service Drive improvements in platform reliability, automation, and operational standards Advocate for shared ownership, developer experience, and continuous improvement Participate in on-call rotations for incident management 💡 What We’re Looking For We’re looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts.
