Salary: $125,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements: Hands-on Java development experience. Strong expertise in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, multithreading, and concurrent programming. Hands-on experience using Devin AI in software development workflows, including code generation and enhancement. Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles. Exposure to AI-assisted software engineering platforms. Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures. Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging platforms. Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation and modernization projects. Experience in banking, financial services, healthcare, telecom, or retail is preferred. Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise Java applications. Architect and implement scalable, secure, high-performance solutions using modern Java technologies. Develop and maintain microservices-based applications with Spring Boot and related frameworks. Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and turn them into scalable technical solutions. Deploy, configure, and operationalize Devin AI across software engineering teams. Build proofs of concept, prototypes, and production-grade applications using AI-assisted development methods.
