πŸ“‹ Description Diagnose and resolve API and SDK issues in customer code (Python/TypeScript). Reproduce bugs and coordinate with Engineering to fix them. Communicate with developers via Slack/email to unblock them clearly. Write and maintain knowledge base docs to speed future work. Identify opportunities to improve developer experience and tooling. Write scripts and build tools to enhance the support process. 🎯 Requirements Minimum one year in developer-facing support roles. Able to write, debug, and reason through Python and/or TypeScript. Quick learner of APIs, SDKs, and developer tools. Own technical problems until customers are unblocked. Communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively on issues.
