What You'll Do Support the design, deployment, and operations of enterprise network infrastructure that powers 24/7 mission-critical port operations. Collaborate with teams across ICT to identify and implement improvements that boost network performance and reliability. Work hands-on with modern networking technologies from leading global vendors. Troubleshoot network issues and support incident management to ensure service continuity. Contribute to automation, monitoring, and optimization initiatives for scalable network operations What We’re Looking For A degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in network infrastructure, enterprise networking, or network operations. Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, load balancing, and network security concepts. Hands-on experience with enterprise network technologies and tools Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively to incidents and service disruptions. Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams. A proactive learner who is keen to keep pace with emerging technologies. Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent will be advantageous. Experience in supporting mission-critical or high-availability network environments will be an advantage.
