📋 Description Meet strategic customers to understand AI goals and pain points. Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to close. Embed with strategic customers; be a trusted partner and deliver outcomes onsite. Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to implement. Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents; design, orchestration, readiness. Present results and future work to technical and executive audiences. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience with enterprise customers in a technical role. Experience in product development, delivery, and change management. Commercial instinct for deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles. Basic proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping and demos. Excellent communication and problem-solving; simplify complex concepts.
