We work with well-known brands and organizations in Europe, delivering digital approaches that combine creativity, effectiveness, and innovation.If you are an experienced project/delivery professional, enjoy taking full ownership of execution, and want to make a real impact in an international environment, we invite you to apply.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end project delivery ownership - leading project execution from kickoff to release (scope, timeline, budget, quality), ensuring predictability and transparent delivery..Planning & execution management – building and maintaining delivery plans (roadmaps, milestones, sprint/release plans), aligning dependencies and coordinating cross-functional work.Scope & change management (CRs) – driving the change process: impact analysis (time/cost/risk), recommendations, trade-offs, and execution alignment.nce and recommending improvements.Risk & escalation management – identifying risks early, proposing mitigation plans, removing blockers, and escalating effectively when needed. Identifying risks early, proposing mitigation plans, removing blockers, and escalating effectively when needed.Project team leadership - running delivery rituals (daily/planning/review/retro), supporting high-performing teams, improving delivery flow and accountability.Collaboration with Belgium-based PM (client-facing) – partnering closely with a Belgium-based Project Manager who leads client communication for French-speaking accounts; ensuring internal delivery is aligned with external commitments.Direct client-facing project management (English-speaking accounts) – acting as the primary Project Manager for selected English-speaking clients when applicable RequirementsMinimum 4+ years of experience in Delivery / Project Management in a software environment (agency or in-house; web/mobile experience is needed).Very good level of English (written and spoken).
