Responsibilities: Owns end-to-end delivery of projects or workstreams, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, in scope, and to quality standards. Coordinates across business, technology, and third-party teams to maintain delivery alignment. Removes blockers and manages risks/issues to maintain delivery momentum. Drives Agile delivery practices (sprints, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). Acts as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations. Ensures governance, reporting, and documentation are maintained throughout delivery. Focuses on delivery efficiency, continuous improvement, and value realization. Supports prioritization and sequencing of work with Product Owners and senior stakeholders. Must Haves: Proven experience in project management and delivery within complex environments. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges effectively. Nice to Have: Experience within financial services or regulated environments. Familiarity with data migration processes.
