📋 Description Scope, plan, and deliver end-to-end analytics and strategy projects, managing timelines, RACI, and Lead the strategic design of data solutions and analytical frameworks Design and implement KPI frameworks and measurement plans Own complex, ad-hoc analyses that answer ambiguous client questions Apply data science techniques including machine learning, regression analysis, and experimentation Translate complex data and analytical outputs into compelling narratives for clients 🎯 Requirements 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, data strategy, business intelligence, or management Expertise in SQL, Python or R, and modern analytics tools (Looker, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI) Experience partnering with complex, multi-stakeholder data projects from conception to delivery Ability to develop measurement strategies and KPI frameworks tied to business outcomes Preferred: understanding of digital marketing analytics, attribution, media measurement, or Confident communicator who can present to clients and lead strategic conversations 🎁 Benefits Success in delivering complex projects on time and within scope Recommended to influence client business decisions Viewed as a trusted advisor Opportunity to develop team members' skills and careers Drive innovation through reusable frameworks and templates Maintain high client satisfaction
