Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: We need proven experience designing Agentic AI systems that can reason, plan, and act across multiple systems. We require hands-on experience building enterprise LLM applications, including RAG, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation. We are looking for strong NLP experience working with unstructured text and language-driven workflows. We require an MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. We need 3+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments. We require 5+ years of hands-on Python experience; distributed data processing experience is a plus. We value a strong ability to solve business problems with AI, not just build models. We need excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. We require experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments. Responsibilities: We partner with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize high-value problems that can be addressed with Agentic AI, LLMs, and NLP. We translate business needs into clear AI use cases, success measures, and delivery plans. We keep our focus on business outcomes rather than model performance alone. We architect and develop agentic AI systems that can reason, plan, and take action across tools, workflows, and data sources. We design multi-agent and tool-augmented LLM solutions to automate complex, multi-step processes. We ensure our solutions are reliable, explainable, and governed for enterprise use. We collaborate with engineering teams to deploy AI solutions with scalability, security, and performance in mind. We implement evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails for LLM and agentic systems, including bias, drift, and failure modes. We align our solutions with enterprise risk management, compliance, and responsible AI standards. We act as trusted AI advisors, helping teams understand where Agentic AI and LLMs add value and where they do not. We contribute to AI best practices, reusable patterns, and strategic direction. We mentor peers and teammates on applied AI and business-driven problem solving.
