Data Scientist Internship

Salary: CHF 55'000 - 75'000 per year Requirements: Student in engineering school / Data Science Specialization in AI, LLMs, and production deployment challenges Comfortable with data analysis and technical environments Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and critical thinking Responsibilities: Contribute to the definition and implementation of a monitoring framework for AI Copilot agents Define metrics for response quality, including accuracy, relevance, and hallucination rate Implement automated evaluation mechanisms Monitor performance and stability, including response times, error rates, availability, and robustness of agents Track user adoption, analyze user journeys, and measure satisfaction through feedback, NPS, and reuse rate Monitor inference and usage costs, and optimize the value-to-cost ratio Contribute to the structuring of a standardized Sandbox environment in collaboration with IT Infrastructure teams Implement resource variability such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams to facilitate production deployment Write recommendations and best practices for integration, deployment, and industrialization of agents Deliver a structured framework with metrics, dashboards, and standards Produce recommendations on architecture, processes, and development environment Develop a first version of the monitoring solution, such as dashboards or automated reporting Create guidelines for setup, configuration, and resource variability Technologies: AI Copilot Support SharePoint Fabric More: We are Solstice Analytics, a renowned global wealth and asset manager with a strong focus on sustainable investing.
