📋 Description Design and analyze experiments to guide personalization and retention. Partner with marketing stakeholders to align experiments with promotions. Accelerate speed of learning while standardizing processes across teams. Present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to advance the experimentation program. 🎯 Requirements 1+ years in data science or analytics role. Bachelor’s in Math, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering; Master’s a plus. Experiment design and A/B/n testing experience; personalization a plus. Advanced SQL; Python, R, or SAS for analysis. Strong problem-solving and ability to work through ambiguity.
