You'll be a strong fit if you: Have a bachelor's degree and four years of hands-on technical experience. Know how to build, maintain, and work with diverse datasets at scale. Have experience creating models, reports, and analyses that support strategy not just dashboards, but real decision-driving work. Bring a strong foundation in math, statistics, modeling, and business analysis. Can navigate ambiguity and choose the right methods without needing step-by-step direction. Care about improving consumer experiences and solving meaningful problems. Bonus points for: A master's degree. Experience with Power Automate. AI/ML exposure or project work.
