📋 Description Partner with Product and Engineering to frame problems and define success metrics. Lead experiments across teams: hypotheses, metrics, power analysis, A/B tests. Build ML/AI capabilities for production: classification, extraction, ranking, RAG. Establish evaluation practices for ML/LLM features: golden datasets and monitoring. Coach engineers on AI usage: prompts, tool calls, guardrails, debugging workflows.
