Job details
Full-time. Working remotely. Preferably based in Baltics.
Responsibilities:
Work on large-scale datasets related to Monetizr projects.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and automated reports to monitor campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
Manage and maintain data infrastructure including Mixpanel, Databox, and other relevant tools.
Set up A/B tests and work on improving conversion rates and user engagement.
Track events using Nielsen, Oracle, IRI systems, Moat tags, and DAR tags.
Research and identify formats used by SSPs (Supply Side Platforms) and incorporate them into campaigns.
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize campaign performance using machine learning algorithms.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve data analysis and campaign strategies.
Implement data quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to provide insights into specific business questions or challenges.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide data-driven insights and analysis.
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis or related fields.
Proficient in SQL, NoSQL databases, and business analytics tools.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience working on projects related to IT products and software development.
Self-motivated, independent, and ambitious.
Passion for gaming and familiarity with the gaming industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Additional qualifications (preferred):
Experience with Mixpanel, Databox, and other relevant analytics and reporting platforms.
Knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, and ad targeting technologies.
Familiarity with Nielsen, Oracle, IRI systems, Moat tags, and DAR tags.
Understanding of machine learning concepts and experience working with ML algorithms.
Familiarity with SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms) and ad formats.
Strong knowledge of industry benchmarks and best practices in data analysis and campaign performance.
Experience in data quality control and implementing data governance procedures.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales departments.
