📋 Description Own feature engineering, model iteration, and evaluation for DecisionAssist. Design and analyze experiments across underwriting and product changes. Build and maintain models used in screening logic (delinquency risk, income estimation, fraud signals). Write clean Python, work in dbt, and operate in a modern data stack. Tackle high-impact, ad-hoc questions from Product and Customer teams. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of hands-on data science or applied ML experience. Strong Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels). Ability to design, run, and interpret A/B tests independently. Strong SQL skills; experience with dbt, Snowflake, Sigma. Solid grounding in supervised learning fundamentals (classification, regression). Strong written communication; explain model behavior to non-technical partners.
