Lead a team of pricing data scientists to drive pricing performance and risk trend discussions with stakeholders.
📋 Description Owning the loss ratio view across our portfolio and recommending actions. Leading pricing performance and risk trend discussions with stakeholders. Managing and developing a small group of pricing data scientists. Driving cross-functional investigations into claims and risk signals. Shaping how pricing data scientists are deployed across workstreams. 🎯 Requirements Experience as a data scientist and/or data science manager in pricing, credit decisioning or fraud. Experience in commercially driven environments where metrics guide decisions. Experience turning technical analysis into clear, senior stakeholder insights. Experience making sound decisions when data is incomplete or uncertain. Collaborative approach to connect pricing insights to broader business performance.
